Police say vandals have been lobbing watermelons at cars in a Reno, Nevada, neighborhood. KOLO-TV reports that last night's vandalism happened in Angelique Ybarra's northwest Reno neighborhood. A watermelon dented the side of her car in July, and she says this new attack shattered glass and splattered fruit throughout her vehicle. She says the incidents have cost her almost $1,000. "I was just like 'why is someone doing this to me, did I do something that I didn't know about?'" she says. "I was super upset because, obviously, I don't carry money to fix things like that." Several other cars were also hit by the melons, and Ybarra and others have notified police. "I get there are pranks but this is too far," she says. (More watermelon stories.)
