Madonna Blasts Rumors of Rocky Marriage

Madonna pounced on a rumor today that her marriage to Guy Ritchie is on the brink. "I am delighted to confirm that Mr. and Mrs. Guy Ritchie remain happily married," Madonna rep Liz Rosenberg told People. UK tabloid Showbiz Spy sparked the hubbub by quoting a source who said that "Madonna and Guy are over. They’ve just fallen out of love with each other."

Reports that Madonna is moving to New York with her kids have tossed fuel on the gossip blaze. “They’ll try to keep things under wraps for the moment, but Guy will remain living in London and Madonna is set for New York with the kids," the Spy source said. But Rosenberg blasted the account as a sham. "The family are joyfully back together at home in London," she said. "All is well and wonderful in the Ritchie household." (More Madonna stories.)
