Per the Guardian, Rubio got 37% of the vote and John Kasich came in second with 35%. (Earlier, DC was described as the "race no one wants to win.") Elsewhere, Ted Cruz had big days in Guam and Wyoming. On the Democrats' side, Hillary Clinton won in Northern Marianas.
