Lauren Conrad wished fans a happy new year with a big announcement: "I have a feeling 2017 is going to be the best year yet," she wrote on Instagram alongside an ultrasound photo. This will be the first child for Conrad and husband William Tell, who have been together since 2012, E! reports.
