All six people aboard were killed when a small plane crashed into a suburban Phoenix golf course Monday night, the AP reports. The single-engine Piper PA-24 Comanche went down just before 9pm in Scottsdale, Arizona, at the TPC Scottsdale Champions Golf Course; no one on the ground was injured. The plane had taken off from the nearby Scottsdale Airport shortly before the crash. National Transportation Safety Board investigators were at the site Tuesday morning investigating; the victims have not yet been identified and a cause is not yet clear. (More plane crash stories.)
