Jennifer Farber Dulos' estranged husband was arrested and charged with her murder on Tuesday, reports the Hartford Courant. The Connecticut mother of five hasn't been seen since May 24, and her body has not been located. The husband, Fotis Dulos, wasn't the only one arrested: Police also collared his girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, and his former lawyer, Kent Mawhinney, who were both charged with conspiracy to commit murder, the New York Times reports. Dulos, who has denied harming his wife, was arrested at his Farmington home this morning.

Dulos' attorney, Norm Pattis, says he managed to speak to Dulos for about 10 minutes before police arrived, though he did not share details of their conversation beyond saying "you can imagine what it's like to say to someone, prepare for the bottom to fall out of your world." His bond was set at $6 million; he has a Wednesday court date. The 52-year-old has been arrested twice in connection with the case, and is out on bail on charges of tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution. State police will give an update on the case Tuesday afternoon. (Read more on the case thus far here.)
