After quitting three times in two days, Heidi and Spencer Pratt want back on NBC's I'm a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!, USA Today reports. "We realized it's not even about us … it's about charity," Heidi said. Viewers will have to wait until tonight to see if the couple can stay.

  •  Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush aren't engaged after all—despite what her embarrassed rep said yesterday. "Kim is not engaged. I had that wrong," she told Star.

  •  In 1965, the Beatles were the first rockers to play at New York's Shea Stadium, and Paul McCartney is planning to do it again at Citi Field, Newsday reports. He'll play at the Mets' new home on July 17 and 18.
  • Punk rocker Exene Cervenka has announced that she has multiple sclerosis, Rolling Stone reports. "My focus will certainly be on maintaining my health," said the X singer, who was once married to actor Viggo Mortenson.
