So much for his "I respectfully accept the committee's final decision" comments from yesterday. Wyclef Jean plans to send a lawyer to a Haitian court to appeal the electoral commission's decision to keep him off the list of eligible presidential candidates. Jean told the AP today that he has a document "which shows everything is correct" and that he and his aides "feel that what is going on here has everything to do with Haitian politics."

Should that not work, he'll join this list of 10 celebs whose political campaigns failed.
