(Newser) – A nurse has been arrested on suspicion of murdering three patients who died after vials of intravenous saline solution were tampered with. The sabotage was discovered after hospital staff reported a higher than usual number of patients with unexplained low blood sugar levels. (Read more Britain stories.)
