Well, this sounds about right: Insiders tell Radar that increasingly troubled Justin Bieber wants to take a little hiatus from music ... so he can open a tattoo parlor. That's what Bieber apparently told his manager, as well as his mentor Usher, over the weekend in Panama, where Team Bieber held a meeting to try to get the young star back on the straight and narrow after his recent arrest.

Bieber's "short-term plans include opening a tattoo parlor with his dad," a source says. "They have talked about it for a very long time. It’s his dream for it to be a very high-end parlor, unlike anything currently out there." But that could be a problem, since Bieber Sr. is apparently quite the partier and may have even been the person who blocked the intersection before Bieber's arrest so his son could drag race.
