Humankind isn't to blame for climate change, according to Marco Rubio: "Climate is always evolving, and natural disasters have always existed," the senator said on ABC's This Week today. "I do not believe that human activity is causing these dramatic changes to our climate the way these scientists are portraying it," he noted, per Politico. "And I do not believe that the laws that they propose we pass will do anything about it. Except it will destroy our economy." Rubio also said he was ready to be president, ABC News notes. Will he run? "It's something I'll consider at the end of this year," he said. (More Marco Rubio stories.)
