Darrell Arthur led No. 6 Kansas with 18 points and 10 rebounds as the Jayhawks beat Iowa State 75-64. The win snaps a two-game road losing skid for Kansas in the Big 12. Wesley Johnson had 20 points to pace the Cyclones, who have now lost eight of their last 10 games and are 0-4 against ranked opponents this season, according to the Associated Press.

Kansas had a 36-23 lead at the break and went up by as much as 22 points in the second half but Iowa State fought back. The Cyclones went on a 20-7 run to pull within 9 points with 4:04 remaining, but they could not complete the comeback. The win puts Kansas within one game of first place in the conference.
