The naming of the headline act elicited groans, but this might help: Beyonce will join Coldplay during the Super Bowl 50 halftime show next month, reports Us Weekly. The best bet is that she'll join the band on "Hymn for the Weekend," a song on which she provides vocals for the Coldplay album A Head Full of Dreams, notes ET Online. Still unconfirmed are rumors that another halftime show vet, Bruno Mars, will join the stage at some point, too, along with another big-name act that remains under wraps. The game is Feb. 7.
