A video going viral on social media shows a scary road-rage incident between a semi and a Hummer on an interstate in Texas. The truck is trying to pass the Hummer, but the Hummer keeps switching lanes at the same time to prevent the truck from doing so. CBS 7 reports that the Hummer driver had actually called police at the beginning of the incident to complain that the truck driver threw a can out the window that hit the Hummer. KWES reports that the ensuing road-rage incident was also reported and deputies eventually caught up with the Hummer driver, but it appears charges may not have been filed in the incident since police didn't actually see it happen.

"He could've got fined for litter, up to a $500 fine for littering on a public roadway," Midland County Sheriff Gary Painter says of the truck driver. "But he didn't do anything else wrong, other than try to get away from a crazy guy." The Hummer driver, though, was "committing numerous violations of the law [that] he could've gone to jail for. ... There's no reason to be endangering the entire motor public on the interstate just because of the empty can or a can that was thrown out. It didn't cause any damage to a vehicle."
