A bizarre incident at the scene of Sunday's shooting at a Tennessee Waffle House that left four dead: As law enforcement authorities investigated hours after the shooting, a car pulled up to the restaurant. A division manager for the chain walked over and saw a woman inside—and a newborn baby, the Tennessean reports. While en route to the hospital, the car had been involved in a minor wreck nearby and "the baby just decided it was time," says a spokesperson for the chain. The manager cleared the baby's airways and emergency responders came to transport the mother and infant to a nearby hospital; citing privacy rules, the hospital would not comment on their conditions. (The suspected shooter was caught Monday.)
