Today in Gross Headlines: A Louisiana man has been arrested after allegedly eating his ex-girlfriend's fish, then sending her a picture of his own feces captioned, "Found your fish." The bizarre incident allegedly occurred in Oct. 2016, WBRZ reports; then-18-year-old Maxwell Taffin is accused of eating the fish while staying in his ex's dorm room at Louisiana State University. LSU police investigated and ultimately issued a criminal summons, but Taffin allegedly failed to appear. That's why, according to WGNO, he wasn't arrested until Tuesday.

The alleged victim says she let Taffin and two of his friends stay in her room after a football game and that Taffin told her to "check your fish tank" as he left. She saw the fish was missing, and later got a text from Taffin with the aforementioned picture showing feces in a toilet. Taffin reportedly confessed to police that he did, indeed, eat the fish, though he did not admit to sending the poop picture. The now-21-year-old faces charges of charges of cruelty to animals, improper telephone communications, and fugitive from justice, WMBF reports. (Cops say a fight led to fiery feces.)
