The explosive allegations leveled against Brad Pitt in a court filing from his ex, Angelina Jolie, Tuesday are false, according to a rep for Pitt. The rep tells CNN that Jolie's "story continues to evolve each time she tells it with new, unsubstantiated claims. Brad has accepted responsibility for what he did but will not for things he didn’t do. These new allegations are completely untrue." Pitt has admitted to shouting at the couple's children during the infamous 2016 plane ride days before Jolie filed for divorce, but the Tuesday filing alleges he was physically violent against both them and Jolie, which he denies. (Read more about the allegations here.)

The filing is part of a countersuit Jolie filed against Pitt, who is suing her over her sale of her stake in the French winery they jointly owned, Chateau Miraval. Pitt says she was legally barred from selling her stake without his consent; she disagrees, and says she tried to sell her stake to Pitt himself, but the deal fell through when he "demanded” Jolie sign a broad non-disparagement clause “that would prohibit Jolie from discussing outside of court any of Pitt’s personal conduct toward her or the family." Pitt has also been making headlines for what sources tell People is a casual romance with model/actress Emily Ratajkowski. (More Angelina Jolie stories.)
