A cop-turned-Fox-newsman has been charged with drunk driving and reckless endangerment after careening into a police horse, reports the New York Daily News. Prosecutors say New York Fox TV newsman Mike Sheehan, who refused a breathalyzer test, told cops after the coliision: "What's the matter? I didn't hit nothin'." Sheehan blames the horse. The horse, named Manhattan, suffered minor injuries and fled the accident scene. He was captured a block away.
