Donald Trump will have to live with being regarded as somewhat less astronomically wealthy, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports, after a judge today dismissed his defamation suit against Timothy O’Brien, author of TrumpNation. O’Brien estimated that Trump is worth $150-$250 million; Trump says he’s worth billions, and claimed that the under-assessment spoiled huge business deals he was negotiating when the book was published.

Superior Court Judge Michele Fox sidestepped the question of how much The Donald is truly worth and dismissed the lawsuit because she could find no “actual malice” in O’Brien’s reporting. Trump lawyer Marc Kasowitz vowed to appeal. (More Donald Trump stories.)
