A new videotape today from Osama Bin Laden on the sixth anniversary of the 9/11 terror attack features one of the hijackers reading his will over an image of the burning World Trade Center, AP reports. The videotape hasn't been posted on web sites, but frames have been released by a US monitoring organization, IntelCenter, which has obtained a copy.

The tape begins with a photo of bin Laden, who, in a voiceover, speaks of his "reflections on the will of a young man who personally penetrated the most extreme degrees of danger and is a rarity among men." In the tape, suicide hijacker Walid al-Shehri warns: "We shall come at you from your front and back, your right and left." (More Osama bin Laden stories.)
