IDF was criticized for earlier edited version

Israel today released a 6-minute audio clip of one of its Navy warships trying to establish communication with the Mavi Marmara before the deadly raid. The navy had released a much shorter version earlier, but critics accused it of a slanted selection of clips and even of outright doctoring. (A sample of the criticism here.)

In a statement, the Israeli Defense Forces backtracks on one point: It can't say for sure that someone on the Mavi Marmara said, "Go back to Auschwitz," only that it came from one of the ships in the flotilla. Another voice on the recording says, "We’re helping Arabs go against the US, don’t forget 9/11.” (More Arab Israeli conflict stories.)
