Crazy lawsuit involving Shaquille O'Neal: The big man's former personal assistant says Shaq attempted to frame him by planting child porn on his computer. Shawn Darling alleges the two had a falling out because he had proof that Shaq was having affairs. He also accuses the Celtics star of, among other things, hacking into his personal account, destroying evidence by dumping a computer into a lake, and using his police contacts in his revenge plot.

Shaq's lawyer says he'll move to have the suit dismissed tomorrow. "Even if everything he was saying were true, we believe there is no basis in the law to bring the case," he tells CNN. "But in this case, none of it's true." Radar has more details, as does Information Week, which cautions that Darling's 15-page complaint is "incoherent" in parts.
