Glenn Beck's post-Fox future is taking shape. The mouthy host plans to launch an Internet TV channel to be called "GBTV," reveal trademark applications filed by his company, Mercury Radio Arts. The tagline "The Truth Lives Here" has been trademarked, too, and the company has also filed the GBTV trademark for DVDs and podcasts, MediaBistro reports.

Beck recently hired former Fox exec Joel Cheatwood, and sources say Cheatwood is working on developing programming for GBTV. The trademarks Mercury has filed only apply to programming online, so there seems to be little chance of GBTV becoming a cable channel in the near future. Mercury has also unveiled an e-commerce business called Markdown.com, a "daily deals" site similar to Groupon. (More GBTV stories.)
