Mitt Romney may be drawing lots of attention for his criticism of the White House in the wake of the violence in Libya and Egypt, but Sarah Palin is gaining. In a Facebook post, she argues that America is now seeing the results of his weak foreign policy, especially in regard to the Arab Spring. But this line in particular, channeling Teddy Roosevelt, is the one getting widely quoted:

  • "We already know that President Obama likes to 'speak softly' to our enemies. If he doesn’t have a 'big stick' to carry, maybe it’s time for him to grow one."
