"Wild Thing" rocker Reg Presley, frontman for the Troggs, has died at age 71 in England, the BBC reports. He had been diagnosed with lung cancer and retired from music last year. A music publicist and friend said Presley had suffered "a succession of recent strokes." The Troggs formed in the early 1960s and had a number of hits, including "A Girl Like You" and "Love Is All Around." Presley was interested in UFOs and crop circles and published a book in 2002 called Wild Things They Don't Tell Us. (More Reg Presley stories.)
