Four witnesses have backed up a realtor's claim that rapper "P Diddy" Sean Combs struck him at at a post-Oscar party in Los Angeles last year in a confrontation over a woman, according to court papers filed yesterday in a lawsuit . "I remember seeing him go flying, not flying as in like feet off the ground, but he went back significantly," said one witness. "I was kind of shocked."

The rap mogul reportedly socked the man when he interfered while Diddy was making a pass at the realtor's girlfriend. Attorneys for the realtor failed recently to obtain court-ordered photos of Diddy's rings, which presumably would have left marks on the realtor's face in the event of an assault. Diddy's attorney have called the suit "baseless" and said the rap star in not responsible for injuries suffered by the plaintiff. (More Diddy stories.)
