A 4-year-old Phoenix girl is safe after a bizarre incident involving a suspected kidnapper, reports MyFoxPhoenix. A police officer on his way to a burglary call about 3am stopped a bicyclist who was riding with the pajamas-clad girl in his lap. Daniel Luna, 37, first said he came across the girl wandering around lost and was trying to help, but then changed his story and said he went into the wrong house after a night of bar hopping and thought the girl was his stepdaughter. Police charged Luna with kidnapping and say he got into the girl's house through an unlocked door while her parents were sleeping, reports ABC15. He got stopped about a block away.
