The Texas Longhorns earned a share of the Big 12 title today with a win over Oklahoma State, 62-57,  and will head into the conference tournament as the No. 1 seed, owning the tiebreaker over co-champion Kansas, reports the AP.  D.J. Augustin scored his average for  the Horns—20 points—while Damian James added 13 and a whopping 18 boards.   Elsewhere in college hoop action:

  • A winter storm delayed the UConn-Cincy game, but the Bearcats might have been better off with a cancellation.  The Huskies dominated the game with a 30-0 first half run on the way to a 96-51 rout.
  • No. 15 Purdue knocked off Michigan, 72-58, to end the Big Ten regular season in second place.
