Hillary Clinton's potential election to the presidency isn't the only thing the Clinton family has to look forward to next year: "Next summer, Charlotte is going to be a big sister!" Chelsea Clinton tweeted Monday, along with a picture of her daughter reading a copy of Big Sisters Are the Best. "Feeling very blessed & grateful this holiday season." Charlotte, Chelsea's daughter with husband Marc Mezvinsky, turned one year old in September.
