Jeremy Renner Fractures Both Arms on Set

Acting can be rough work: Jeremy Renner is currently sporting braces on not one but two arms after a pair of fractures on set. And while Renner is currently filming the latest Avengers installment, the logical assumption isn't correct in this case: He got the injuries while filming the movie Tag, based on a true story about friends who have played their version of the game for 30 years now, reports Deadline.

"It’s not an action movie, it’s a comedy," he says, per Variety. "It just happens to have a few stunts in it." Renner managed to fracture his right arm and his left wrist. No word on the particulars, but the two-time Oscar nominee posted an Instagram photo of himself with the caption, "Fall down seven times...stand up 8!"
