Colin Kaepernick has so far failed to secure a new NFL contract, but he's reportedly just landed a major book deal. A day after reporting that Kaepernick was seen meeting with publishers at the New York offices of talent agency WME, Page Six reports the athlete has nabbed a $1 million book deal with Random House imprint One World. Pro Football Talk confirms the report but notes "it's unclear what the focus or format of the book will be." A source tells ESPN, however, that a deal has yet to be signed.
