A light—and human—moment during the Christine Blasey Ford testimony Thursday: Before Ford delivered her opening statement, she made a request: “I anticipate needing some caffeine if that is available,” Ford said, per the Hill. When she finished her opening remarks, Senate Judiciary Committee chair Charles Grassley asked her if she'd like a break—but Sen. Cory Booker then arrived at Ford's side with a paper cup. "I'm OK, I got the coffee,” Ford replied. Grassley quipped, "Nobody can mix up my coffee right, so you're pretty fortunate," and Ford laughed at the whole exchange.
