Kit Harington hosted the latest episode of Saturday Night Live ahead of the hotly anticipated final season of Game of Thrones, and some old pals dropped by his opening monologue, reports the Washington Post. Even Harington's co-stars had questions, including Emilia Clarke, who asked, "Can you just give us a general sense of how it ends?” When Harington points out she’s in the show, she responds, "I forgot. I mean it’s been so damn long since the last season. Plus, a lot of my scenes are talking to a dragon, which is just a tennis ball on a green pole. So I have no idea what’s actually happening." John Bradley wanted to know what happened to his character Samwell Tarly, complaining, "they only let me see two pages of the script," while Pete Davidson appeared as the Night King, and Harington's wife, Rose Leslie badgered him about money. Sara Bareilles was musical guest. Highlights in the gallery. (More Saturday Night Live stories.)
