In less than a week, a woman the FBI dubbed the "Pink Lady Bandit" robbed four East Coast banks, but on Sunday, she was caught. The FBI says the suspect carried a "distinctive pink handbag" during at least two of the robberies—hence the nickname. Her modus operandi was to show a bank teller a note demanding money, CNN reports. The robberies took place July 20 in Carlisle, Pa.; July 23 in Rehoboth Beach, Del.; July 24 in Ayden, NC; and July 26 in Hamlet, NC. "The Pink Lady is changing her trademark to an orange jumpsuit," the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office said Monday, per Fox News. Circe Baez, 35, was arrested in Charlotte, NC, along with a suspected accomplice. (More bank robber stories.)
