Charles Rangel, the Harlem Democrat who chairs the House Ways and Means committee, will speak at the party’s convention after all, the New York Post reports. Rangel is scheduled to speak between 4-5pm (Mountain) today, before Dennis Kucinich. (More Charles Rangel stories.)
