DNA tests performed by the FBI have confirmed that the bones found near the home of Caylee Anthony’s grandparents are the remains of the missing toddler, the Orlando Sentinel reports. Caylee’s mother Casey Anthony, who is charged with her murder, has been informed in jail. Authorities still don’t know precisely how Caylee died and are listing her homicide as “by indeterminate means,” a police spokesman said.

The utility worker who found the bones last week informed Florida police three times in August of a suspicious gray bag near the Anthony house, officials said. The remains are "all disarticulated and completely skelotenized,” said the medical examiner who analyzed the remains. “There was dispertion of remains over the area."
