British reality TV star Jade Goody married fiancé Jack Tweed today in an emotional ceremony near London, the BBC reports. Goody, whose battle with cancer has played out on UK television, shed tears because of "the lovely things that were being said,” she said. Like most recent events in Goody’s life, the wedding was televised: A British network paid $144,000 to broadcast it, while OK! dished out over $1 million for exclusive magazine rights.

"It was a very beautiful, very moving service," said Goody’s publicist Max Clifford. "She looked wonderful, the ceremony was absolutely beautiful and you know at one stage Jade was obviously, she had a few tears, but it was just a room full of love, for her, for them, for their happiness."
