A man was shot and killed by law enforcement officers at Fort Bliss after he opened fire at a convenience store on the base and injured two women, authorities say. The FBI is sending a team to investigate the shooting at the base, which straddles the Texas-New Mexico border, CNN reports. It's not yet known whether the man who opened fire was a service member.
