Lindsay Lohan has returned to an inpatient rehab facility in Southern California, TMZ reports. Lohan was briefly jailed last week when she failed drug tests (cocaine and Adderall) mandatory for her outpatient rehab program. She is expected to stay in rehab until her next hearing, scheduled for October 22. Click over to PopEater for more details.
