You say "Sikh," Mitt Romney says ... "sheik." The campaigning candidate yesterday lamented the mass shooting inside a Wisconsin Sikh temple, but he mistakenly used the Arab Muslim honorific instead. “We obviously have challenges around the country. I was in Chicago earlier today. We had a moment of silence in honor of the people who lost their lives at that sheik temple,” said Romney, speaking to a group of donors at a West Des Moines country club. A Romney spokesman told ABC News that the candidate “misspoke,” adding that it was the "end of the day," and Mitt had been campaigning since 7am. (More Mitt Romney stories.)
