An autopsy of rapper Kanye West's mother has failed to turn up an official cause of death, E! Online reports. A report by the Los Angeles coroner said that Donda West suffered from coronary disease as well as post-operative problems from liposuction and breast-reduction surgery, but that "the final manner of death could not be determined."

The 58-year-old former professor weighed 188 pounds at 5-foot-2, and had major blockages of two arteries, according to the report. A doctor who performed the cosmetic surgeries in November had come under scrutiny for going ahead with the elective procedures despite his patient's health issues. But according to the report, “there was no evidence of a surgical or anesthetic misadventure.” Kanye West, who was devastated by the death of his mother, has not yet commented on the findings.
