Baron Davis scored 33 points and Stephen Jackson scored 14 points during a third-quarter run to lift the Golden State Warriors to a 104-95 win over the Orlando Magic last night, reports the Orlando Sentinel. Dwight Howard had 26 points, 12 rebounds and five blocks for the Magic. Orlando had been 24-2 when Howard got at least three blocks. In other NBA action:

  • Jason Richardson scored 34 points to lead the Charlotte Bobcats to a fifth straight win for the first time in franchise history with a 100-97 victory over the Washington Wizards.
  • The Atlanta Hawks got two bigs wins from the Miami Heat as they won 114-111 in the continuation of a protested game and 97-94 in the regularly scheduled game.
