You probably remember Marco Rubio's infamous water break during the Republican State of the Union response a few years back. So, apparently, does Donald Trump. Continuing his favorite pastime of picking on Rubio for his supposed frequent and heavy perspiration, Trump sent the fellow presidential candidate a care package on Monday complete with a 24-pack of "Trump Ice Natural Spring Water" with the Donald's face on the label, towels and bumper stickers stamped with Trump's "Make America Great Again" slogan, and a friendly note, per CNN: "Since you're always sweating, we thought you could use some water. Enjoy!"
It was only after Rubio mentioned his awkward grab for a bottle of water in 2013 at the most recent GOP debate that Trump started commenting on how much his opponent sweats. "I've never seen a young guy sweat that much," Trump said last week. A day later, he added, "I've never seen a guy down water like he downs water. They bring it in in buckets for this guy." A Trump aide says the package was just a lighthearted prank. Rubio's response, per Politico: "It is what it is. Yeah, I drink water. So what?" He continued telling Fox and Friends, "I only sweat when it's hot," and though he didn't actually see the package, "I heard it's very high-quality water." (Read more Marco Rubio stories.)
