Julia Louis-Dreyfus has finished her second round of chemotherapy for breast cancer, and the actress appears to be in good spirits about it. "Chemo #2: finito. We are NOT f---ing around here. 'I’ve got the eye of the tiger. The Fighter dancing through the fire cuz I am a champion and your’re going to hear me ROAR,'" she wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of her wearing a hoodie, sunglasses, and a painted-on mustache. She went on to thank "Roar" singer Katy Perry, plus her Veep co-stars Tony Hale and Timothy Simons, for their "hilarious and loving inspiration."
Why? Her reasons became clear a bit later when she posted a video to Instagram showing Hale (playing the role of Louis-Dreyfus) and Simons (playing the role of cancer) lip-syncing to "Roar" as Hale pretended to beat up Simons before both held up signs telling Louis-Dreyfus she's a champion and they're going to hear her roar. "How lucky am I that these bozos have my back? What a moving inspiration to my day. I’ve watched it a gazillion times," she wrote in her post. The video is a must-watch.
