(Newser) – After being locked up since June, Tonya Couch—better known as "affluenza" mom—is back on the outside. And under her new bond conditions, Dallas News reports, Couch isn't allowed to ingest "any medication at all," even over-the-counter drugs and vitamins. Also, she must wear an ankle monitor, according to CBS DFW. The 51-year-old is charged with money laundering and hindering the apprehension of a fugitive, the fugitive in question being her son, Ethan Couch. At 16-years-old Ethan Couch, driving under the influence, killed four people in 2013 when he crashed his truck into a disabled SUV on the roadside. His defense argued that he suffered from "affluenza" because his wealthy parents didn't instill him with a sense of responsibility. Mom and son later fled to Mexico. Tonya Couch was out on bond until she was arrested in March after testing positive for meth. Her trial is reportedly scheduled to start on Nov. 12. (Ethan Couch was released from prison earlier this year.)
