She sings and dances at youth climate conference

It's not every rickroll that draws the attention of Rick Astley himself, but this one managed to do so. Greta Thunberg addressed a youth climate conference in Stockholm over the weekend, but the first words of her "speech" were a telling clue, notes the Independent. "We're no strangers to love," she declared, and the crowd quickly picked up on the cue. Amid cheers, the teen climate activist then began singing Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up" and dancing with an unidentified activist who joined her onstage. "Fantastic," wrote Astley, who tweeted a video of the performance, per CNN. “At the end of the day, we are ... not just the angry kids the media often portrays us as," Thunberg said later. (Last month, she dismissed world leaders' promises as "blah, blah, blah.")
