New York Knicks center Eddy Curry is being sued for soliciting sex from his former driver, the New York Post reports. David Kuchinsky says the married star approached him in the nude several times with comments like “look at me, Dave, look.” Kuchinsky also says Curry forced him into “humiliating tasks” and used racial slurs against him.

Curry also pointed a loaded gun at Kuchinsky on at least two occasions, the suit says. The former driver wants $98,000 plus damages. He says the hoopster already owes him $93,000 in wages and expenses. Curry’s lawyer calls the allegations “absolutely untrue,” noting that Kuchinsky began calling for unpaid wages months ago, raising the stakes each time he made a claim.
