(AP Photo/Robin Layton) A pair of Ohio police chiefs have been arrested for allegedly breaking into the home of Sarah Jessica Parker's surrogate mother to hunt for tabloid fodder they could sell for profit, AP reports. The woman gave birth to Parker and Matthew Broderick's twin girls last month. Local officials confirmed that the men were arrested, but declined to name the charges against them.
