Jackson's Mom Mulls Wrongful Death Suit

Michael Jackson’s mother is considering a wrongful-death lawsuit over the passing of her son, the AP reports. The likely target: Jackson’s doctor, Conrad Murray. “Dr. Murray’s name has been floated because he is under investigation,” said an attorney, who wouldn’t say whether Jackson’s concert promoter would also face a lawsuit. “No decision has been finalized,” he said.
