Sometimes it’s because their boyfriends like big boobs, and sometimes it’s because Jesus doesn’t not like big boobs. Ten celebrities and the reasons they gave for getting breast enhancements, rounded up by The Frisky:

  • Carmen Electra: Says now it was just “really trendy” to get breast implants, so she went for it. Plus, her boyfriend paid.
  • Carrie Prejean: “I don’t see anywhere in the Bible where it says you shouldn’t get breast implants,” the disgraced beauty queen once said. What better reason is there?

  • Jane Seymour: Upgraded a bit for her topless scene in Wedding Crashers, but the implants were so small “my plastic surgeon had to special order them,” she says.
  • Tara Reid: In possibly the saddest boob job story of all time, she admits to feeling as though she was “getting older” in Hollywood and had to “fix” her breasts—but they ended up “uneven” and “saggy.”
